Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Dawid Michota, operating under philosopht Dawid Michota, ul. Świętokrzyska 41A, 26-001 Wola Kopcowa, Poland, NIP: 6573002241 (hereinafter: "Controller").

2. What data we collect

Through the contact form on philosopht.com we collect only the data you provide:

  • full name,
  • e-mail address,
  • phone number (optional),
  • company name (optional),
  • message content.

Additionally, only after you consent in the cookie banner, we collect analytics data via Google Analytics 4: page views, referrers, country/region, device type and an anonymised IP address. Without your consent no analytics data is collected.

3. Purpose of processing

We process your data solely to:

  • respond to your inquiry,
  • prepare a project estimate,
  • establish and maintain contact enabling the provision of services described on philosopht.com.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract).

4. Who receives the data

Data from the contact form is received by the Controller and transmitted via our form provider. We do not sell your data and do not use it for marketing purposes.

If you consent to analytics, analytics data is transferred to Google Ireland Limited as a data processor (Google Analytics 4). Processing region: European Union. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

If you choose to book a call through the Google Calendar link, you are redirected to Google (Google Ireland Limited), which then processes the data you enter when booking. The connection to Google is established only after you click the link — not before.

5. Retention period

We retain contact-form data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. If no cooperation is established, data will be deleted within 12 months of the last contact.

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months (the GA4 default), after which it is automatically deleted.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data,
  • rectify, erase, or restrict processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time — for analytics, by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer,
  • lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

To exercise your rights, write to: [email protected].

7. Cookies and statistics

We use Google Analytics 4 only to understand site traffic, and only after you accept in the cookie banner. The files we set after consent: _ga, _ga_<ID>.

Without your consent we set no analytics or marketing cookies whatsoever. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the footer or by clearing your browser cookies.

Additionally, regardless of your banner choice, you can install Google’s browser add-on that blocks Google Analytics: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
