Delivered public-sector project
We delivered the mobile app for a nationwide public-sector rollout as a subcontractor, in a Mobile Lead role — 20+ modules, 21 permission roles, reaching over 130,000 users. Details on request.
Portfolio, by role
A healthtech marketplace — full product team. A B2B logistics platform — de facto CTO and engineering. A fitness product — founder embedded as Lead Frontend in the client team. Names shared on request, with the client's consent.
What we just built.
Managing steel component production
A steel cutting optimization system for a manufacturer of steel road and bridge columns. It ties together the site's demand, the warehouse, cutting and accounting into a single tool — with a DXF export to plasma cutters and a Connecto integration.
- 9modules in one system
- 96profiles in the mass database (EN 10365 / 10279)
- DXFlayout export ready for AutoCAD / CAM
Opiekly
Opiekly is an app that connects families looking for care for a loved one with caregivers nearby. In a few minutes the family describes their needs, and the algorithm points to the best-matched caregivers and enables quick, direct contact. It solves problems on both sides — families and caregivers. It runs in the browser as a Progressive Web App (PWA) — allowing installation on mobile devices.
- 2roles with a separate user flow
- 150+tests in total
- 32analytics events in a single catalog
More Than Control Tower
A modular B2B supply chain platform — a ready product, adapted to each client's plant. 8 bounded contexts, every one plug-and-play.
- 8bounded contexts
- 26documented decisions
- 600+tests in total
- 0vendor lock-ins
PZŁ 2.0

- 20+modules
- 21roles / permissions
A software house in the EU — one country over.
Germany has roughly 109,000 unfilled IT positions, and a vacancy takes 7.7 months to fill on average.
We start in days, not months.
A deep engineering talent pool
Poland is one of Europe's largest pools of senior software talent — so we can assemble and scale your team in weeks, precisely the roles Germany's market struggles to fill.
EU-based, GDPR-native
Your data stays inside the EU and the work runs under one regulatory regime — the same GDPR rules your own company already follows, with no third-country transfer questions for your DPO to answer.
Continuity by design
Repository access and documentation from day one. Intellectual-property transfer is defined in the contract; code escrow is available on request.
NDA and AVV as standard
We sign an NDA and an AVV (data processing agreement) as standard.
Three ways to get this built.
You are weighing these against each other anyway. Here they are side by side, without the sales gloss.
| philosopht | Hiring in-house | A classic IT services firm | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Time to start | Days — we start with the discovery | 7.7 months to fill an IT vacancy on average (Bitkom, 2025) | Weeks to months, depending on their pipeline |
| What you commit to | One defined scope at a time | A permanent employment contract | A framework agreement, often multi-year |
| Cost model | Hourly billing or a fixed price for a defined scope | Salary, recruitment, equipment, ramp-up time | Day rates plus project-management overhead |
| When it ends | Repository access and documentation from day one; IP transfer defined in the contract | The knowledge stays — as long as the person does | Handover depends on what the contract says |
All three are reasonable. Which one fits depends on how permanent the work is — we will say so plainly if hiring is the better answer for you.
Four kinds of products. One team.
From first call to long-term partner.
Rate stability / Planungssicherheit
Your pricing is fixed for the entire contract term — no mid-contract increases. Adjustments are possible only at renewal, announced 3 months in advance and contractually capped.
Three ways to work with us.
However your company is set up — a scaling startup or an established Mittelstand business modernising its products — one of these fits.
We build and run the product end-to-end.
- Design, build and run — one accountable team
- No developers to hire or manage
- Fixed scope, predictable delivery
We join your existing product and process for one stream of work.
- Vetted engineers embedded in your process
- Scale the stream up or down on demand
- Your tooling, your workflow, your standards*
An application alongside your existing systems and apps, with clearly defined boundaries.
- A focused app beside your existing systems
- Clean integration over a defined API
- Clear boundaries, no vendor lock-in
Part of your team — in detail
We help mid-sized software companies and SMEs (10–250 people) — and startups with just a founder or a small team, too — beat the skilled-developer shortage and ship faster: vetted engineers, or a complete IT team, to grow your products, services and business — without the cost and delay of hiring.
What you getFast availability and scalability
The right engineer in one to two weeks — scale the team up or down as your roadmap changes.
No recruitment costs
No job ads, no recruiters, no months of interviews. We carry the sourcing and the vetting.
No equipment or admin overhead
No hardware, tooling or management to run on your side — that stays with us.
Vetted engineers, and a short way out
Every engineer is vetted by us before we put them forward. For the first 30 days the notice period is two weeks, no reason required — you are not tied in while you find out whether the fit works.
Billing that fits you
Hourly billing or a fixed price for a defined scope — we adapt to how you want to work. Need short-term help only? We are happy to step in.
Built for efficiency
Our goal is maximum efficiency: we track and review key performance indicators so the work stays on target.
Onboarding that sticks
Once the formalities are done, the engineer joins your team — a fast, clean start is our priority.
Ongoing quality reviews
We review the collaboration regularly, so we spot any need to adjust early and respond.
* We adopt your tooling and workflow when they overlap with our engineers’ experience by at least ~70%. We won’t position ourselves as experts in tools we don’t genuinely know.

Dawid quickly adapted to our technology (…) and delivered high-quality results while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude. His curiosity and enthusiasm for technology made every collaboration enjoyable, and he was a great addition to our team. (…)

What working with an EU vendor means for your data.
Handing code and access to an outside team raises two questions: what happens to your data, and what goes into the software. Here is both, plainly.
How we handle the engagement
- We are an EU company, so the GDPR applies to us directly — not as a promise, but because we are subject to it.
- Before work starts, we sign your NDA and, where we process personal data on your behalf, a data processing agreement (AVV, Art. 28 GDPR).
- Nearshore, not offshore — your project is built from within the EU, and we can host code and data in an EU region (e.g. AWS Frankfurt) where you need it.
What we build in by default
- Role-based access on a least-privilege basis (RBAC)
- Encryption of sensitive data in transit and at rest
- Secrets kept in a secrets manager, never in the codebase
- Automated database backups
We do not hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 — we are a small team and will not pretend otherwise. What we can do: answer your security questionnaire, walk your IT team through our setup, and put it in the contract.
Need our data processing agreement (AVV), an NDA, or answers to your security questionnaire? Just ask — we will send them over.
Straight answers to the obvious objections.
What does it cost?
Aren't you too small a team?
What happens if you disappear?
How do you handle GDPR and data security?
Do you work in German?
- Documents, offers and contracts: German or English.
- Day-to-day communication runs in English.
- Calls in German with a German-speaking colleague on request.
We already have an IT supplier / internal IT.
Why is the discovery paid?
Will the system run alongside our ERP/CRM?
Can we see progress during development?
Will you raise the price once we depend on you?
We don't stop at code.
A product is more than the app. We help you launch it, sell it, and keep it on the market.
A small, clear next step.
